DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY​

At Ziva Outfit, we aim to deliver our products in a quick, secure and efficient manner. To do this efficiently, we have tied up with reputed courier agencies and transport services i.e. Ship Rocket.  We also rely on the speed post services of the Indian postal services for delivery in selected areas.

Shipping charges

1) For prepaid orders that are to be delivered within India, shipping charges are different for different places depends on the distance, your location and the weight of the parcel.

2) GST is included in the M.R.P Shipment duration Once the order is placed, you will get an email confirmation from us. After which, the product will be dispatched within 48 hours from our office address. Delivery may take 4-5 business days.​Order tracking In the email you have received, there will be a link to track your order. Clicking on this link will enable you to track the status of your order.​​
