ONLINE RETURNS
Revert back the confirmation email with your order number with the same email address you used when you placed the order; and let us know what you want to return and why.
The return request must be raised with us within 07 days from the date you receive your parcel.
Once you've registered your return via mail, we will share the instructions on how to send your return shipment on your registered email. You can track your return via our link shared in the Return pickup email, and once we received it we’ll email you.

Returns are free of charge.
Please keep in mind that online purchases must be returned via mail and cannot be returned in our physical stores. The return must be sent to us within 7 days from the date you received your parcel.
Items such as swimwear and underwear cannot be exchanged & refunded due to hygiene reasons. To ensure successful return pick-up, please return the product in the same packaging as received.
You can easily return items by following these steps:
1. Let us know which items you wish to return by registering your request through mail. All we need is your order number & your registered email address and we will arrange collection of your return.
2. Package the items you wish to return in a suitable bag or box, eg. The one you received your parcel in. Registering your return online means you don’t need to include any paperwork in your parcel.
3. We will provide return label on your registered email for parcel collection.
4. The courier will provide you with proof of return. Please keep this for your records.
Once we have received your return shipment. We will send you an email confirming receipt of the parcel. Please allow up to 14 days for this to happen. If you don’t receive the email within 14 days, please contact us (+916350362435)
· REFUNDS PAY ON DELIVERY (ONLINE PURCHASES)
We will refund within a period of 30 days from the date we receive the items you return (with labels and tags still attached), excluding the delivery fee.
Please ensure your bank details are mentioned in your email so we can refund the balance directly to your bank account. No cash refunds.
Note: Even if the courier accepted card or other non-cash payment upon delivery, we will still refund the balance to your bank account.
Once we have received your return, we will send you an email confirming receipt of the parcel and process your refund.
